Submit Order Details

In the event that you have an order that will not cancel; or you simply need to request the status, you will be required to submit order details.  The following tutorial will guide you through this simple process.   For simplicity, the following example demonstrates using an order that has been Rejected. However this would not be the only reason that you would need to perform this task.  
 
Step 1. From the 'All Orders' tab in your Trading Monitor locate the order in question. Right click the order in question and select 'History' from the context menu.

 
Step 2. Right click the most recent status message and select 'Copy'
 
 
Step 3. Paste the status message into an email addressed to support, along with a brief description of the issue, or required outcome of the request.
